My sympathies to all of you kids...
John and Joyce - it was so good to see you in Dyeersville a few months ago.
I remember as kids going to Pinhook church on Sunday mornings - my sis and I were confirmed there. Your family always sat up front - it took a whole row - and one Sunday your Dad took one of you boys out, carrying them like a football. :). Also, do you all remember this really old lady that always sat behind you guys - her name was Ada McConkey ? She was a real character and she is buried there also.
My Dad really enjoyed the fishing trips to Canada with your Dad - I'm sure many a cigar was smoked up there together.
Take care all of you and God speed.
